Each and every day, people who have developmental disabilities substantially contribute to their communities in many ways, including through employment.  Providing people with meaningful work adds value to the world around them and increases their own self-esteem.  

NYSARC, Inc. operates a broad range of employment services, programs and job coaching support.  People who have developmental disabilities work throughout their communities in a broad variety of settings and levels of employment such as supermarkets, restaurants, office buildings, retail and wholesale outlets.  Across the state, these workers are known for their reliability and consistency.  Many go on to fully independent employment as valued, committed, skilled members of a business workforce.
