NYSARC, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the State Office financial team. The role will be focused on ensuring that the required Chapter/division monthly reporting (including financial and non-financial data) is submitted for consolidated review. The individual will provide analysis that supports the needs of the NYSARC CFO and the Financial Review Committee of the Board. This role will partner with the finance team to complete reporting for distribution to the Executive Committee, Financial Review Committee, and the Chapters.
Duties will include compiling and analyzing Chapter/division financials, developing an integrated revenue/expense model to report Chapter/division performance, creating projections, reports, and trends based on current operational metrics and forecasts, and managing day-to-day interactions with all stakeholders across NYSARC and its partners.
Necessary qualifications include: A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an industry related to the intellectual/developmental disabilities field, financial accounting, or business operations/accounting environment. Related advanced degree preferred. MS Office proficiency, prior experience with general ledger, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and financial reporting required.
The position supports the NYSARC offices in the Albany area as well as the regional Chapters. Ability to work with cross-functional staff and in multi-location teams required. Some travel may be involved to support various meetings across NYS. Competitive compensation and benefit package based on experience.

Arc of Seneca Cayuga seeks a dynamic Executive Director to lead and provide executive management to our organization supporting and assisting over 1,100 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to provide strong leadership and vision to an agency with approximately 600 employees and a $25 million operating budget. Arc of Seneca Cayuga has 18 locations in a two-county region.
The Executive Director will be an outstanding leader and change agent with proven skills to build upon Arc of Seneca Cayuga’s successful track record. S/he will work alongside a deeply committed staff and an engaged and dedicated Board of Directors to ensure the agency’s sustainability in a significantly changing policy and funding environment and will possess the leadership skills to guide the agency toward sustainability and growth. Strong skills in working with governmental and regulatory organizations is required.
Specific expertise sought includes strategic thinking and implementation, change leadership, collaboration and teamwork, operational excellence, financial and business acumen, a track record of revenue diversification toward financial resilience, service delivery excellence to the intellectually and developmentally disabled population, and community engagement and marketing expertise.
A Master’s or other advanced degree in a relevant field strongly preferred with a minimum of 10 years of organizational leadership experience required. Health and human services experience preferred.

Provide strategic leadership to address the financial and programmatic impacts around the closing of the work center, and the expansion of community employment. Raise the profile of the organization in the community by implementing a brand awareness campaign. Oversee new contract for START (Systemic Therapeutic Assessment Resources and Treatment) program, a new 17-county pilot program that provides community-based crisis response and prevention services. Explore collaborative opportunities for program delivery, staffing and managed care.
