Each year NYSARC, Inc., through the collective input of representatives of the entire Association, develops its legislative platform. The platform is adopted at the Fall Convention and serves as the basis for legislative advocacy for the upcoming legislative session. It consists of initiatives to amend existing statutes or enact new statutes.
