Daily News staff photographer Mark Gutman recently received the NYSARC, Inc. Best Photo Award in the NYSARC Media Awards at their Annual Convention held in October 2009.

The Genesee County Chapter, NYSARC, Inc. recently presented him with the award at The Daily News.
